How do I get my settlement from MFC?

My Account in my hands™ allows existing clients to request a settlement amount or total outstanding balance to end of contract by sending an SMS or email. Just follow these easy steps and have your settlement figure or balance sent directly to you, without contacting the call centre.

How do I find out my settlement figure on my car?

All you have to do is get in touch with your finance company and ask them for a “settlement figure”. By law your lender has to post a settlement figure to you within 12 days – usually it will arrive straight away via email or in the post. It must be a letter headed official document.

How do I contact MFC shortfall?

Please send an email to Collections.res@mfc.co.za or phone us on 0860 979 900. Can I restructure the shortfall? A shortfall balance can be restructured over a maximum period of 36 months, but you will have to get credit approval and adhere to certain terms and conditions.

How do I check my car installment balance?

Through your lender: If you have an online account set up with your lender, log in to check your loan details, including the current balance, your payment history, and your loan term. You can also contact the lender directly and speak to a representative.
